Glass
As our two boys are a bit nutty and bringing all of us along with them, I managed to break away for the afternoon. I met Finch for ramen, then bought a Blue Jays cap, and went to see Glass. I quite liked it. Shauamalan went through a slump, but delivered on this one. I imagine the production was quite cheap. Some of the exposition scenes seemed more on-set, than on the story for the viewer, which I find is a common trait of Shayamalan films. The story and basic premise unfold and carry on well. The acting, particularly in the case of the monumental task that McAvoy was faced with, was very good. Shayamalan wrote an inviting script and created quite a lot using skill and expertise, rather than millions of dollars.
